These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of flightz.co and the services provided by Flightz (“Flightz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
IMPORTANT: SECTION 16 CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. About Flightz
Flightz is a subscription-based flight deal discovery service that helps travelers find discounted airfare opportunities.
Our Services include curated flight deal alerts, email notifications, personalized travel preferences, and access to available deals through a member dashboard.
Flightz is not an airline, travel agency, ticket issuer, or flight booking platform.
We do not sell airline tickets, make reservations, or process flight bookings. Members complete purchases directly through independent airlines, travel search platforms, or booking providers.
2. Our Services
Flight Deal Alerts
Flightz provides curated airfare opportunities based on available flight information and selected travel preferences.
Service Limitations
Flight deals are subject to availability and may change or expire without notice.
Flightz does not guarantee:
- Availability of advertised fares at the time of booking.
- Accuracy of prices after a deal has been detected.
- Deals to specific destinations or on particular dates.
- A minimum number of flight deals during any period.
- Availability of seats or particular fare classes.
- Any particular savings amount, except under an expressly offered Savings Guarantee.
Final prices, availability, taxes, fees, and booking conditions are determined by the relevant third-party provider.
Marketing and Promotional Content
Flight deals and pricing shown in marketing materials may include historical examples or illustrative offers.
Past prices and savings do not guarantee future availability.
Advertising claims, price comparisons, and savings figures are based on information available at the time of publication and must be supported by appropriate data.
3. Membership and Subscription
Subscription Pricing
Flightz offers an annual membership for $49 USD per year, unless a different promotional price is expressly displayed at checkout.
Applicable taxes and currency conversion charges may apply.
The final price and billing terms will be disclosed before purchase.
Free Trial
New eligible members receive a 7-day free trial.
- The trial lasts 168 hours from activation.
- Members receive access to membership features during the trial.
- After the trial expires, the subscription automatically converts to a paid annual membership.
- Your payment method will be charged $49 unless you cancel before the trial expires.
- Each customer is eligible for one free trial per lifetime.
Customers who previously used a free trial are not eligible for another trial and may be charged immediately upon subscribing again, as disclosed at checkout.
Flightz may occasionally offer extended trials or promotional periods.
Automatic Renewal
Paid memberships automatically renew every 12 months unless canceled before the next billing date.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method according to the billing terms presented at checkout.
Price changes affecting future billing periods will be communicated in advance as required by law.
Payment Processing
Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Flightz does not directly store complete payment card details.
Failed payments may be retried by our payment processor, and membership access may be restricted if payment remains unsuccessful.
4. Cancellation Policy
Self-Service Cancellation
You may cancel your Flightz subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
To cancel:
- Log in to your Flightz account.
- Open your account dashboard.
- Navigate to subscription or billing settings.
- Select Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm your cancellation.
You may be offered an optional promotional incentive or trial extension during the cancellation process. Accepting an offer is not required to cancel.
If you cannot access your account or complete the cancellation process, contact hello@flightz.co for assistance.
Effects of Cancellation
- Cancellation stops future subscription renewals.
- Paid membership benefits remain available until the end of the current paid billing period.
- Canceling before a free trial expires prevents the initial subscription charge.
- No prorated refunds are generally provided for unused membership periods, except where required by law or these Terms.
- Successful cancellations are confirmed by email.
Email Unsubscription
Unsubscribing from promotional emails or flight deal alerts does not cancel your paid subscription.
5. Refund Policy
Except where required by applicable law or expressly provided under our Savings Guarantee, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable once processed.
Flightz does not generally issue refunds for:
- Failure to cancel before a free trial expires.
- Unused membership periods.
- Changes in personal travel plans.
- Failure to read flight deal notifications.
- Dissatisfaction with available destinations or offers.
- Failure to book an advertised deal before expiration.
If you believe you were incorrectly charged or experienced a billing error, contact hello@flightz.co.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory statutory refund rights or the right to dispute unauthorized charges.
$500 Savings Guarantee
If you do not save at least $500 USD (or the equivalent in your local currency) on flights during your first year of paid membership, you may request a full refund of your first-year membership fee.
To qualify, you must:
- Maintain membership access through the full first 12-month paid membership period.
- Book at least two flights using deals received directly from Flightz.
- Have total qualifying savings of less than $500.
- Submit your refund request within 30 days after completing the first 12-month paid membership period.
- Provide flight booking confirmations and corresponding Flightz deal notifications.
Qualifying savings are calculated using reasonably verifiable comparisons between purchased fares and comparable regular airfare prices identified in the applicable Flightz deals.
Flightz may request reasonable additional documentation to verify eligibility.
Approved claims will receive a refund of the first-year membership fee originally paid.
Canceling future automatic renewal does not disqualify an otherwise eligible member who retains access through the full first-year paid membership period.
The Savings Guarantee applies only to the first year of paid membership.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Flightz for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
Prohibited activities include:
- Hacking, malware distribution, or disruption of website functionality.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse trial offers.
- Sharing account credentials without authorization.
- Circumventing subscription payment systems.
- Unauthorized automated scraping or extraction of content.
- Redistributing paid flight deal information for commercial purposes.
- Reverse engineering proprietary software or technology.
- Unauthorized copying or reproduction of Flightz intellectual property.
Flightz may suspend or terminate accounts involved in material violations of these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Flightz and its licensors retain ownership of all original proprietary content, technology, branding, software, and materials used to provide the Services.
This includes website design, proprietary technology, deal curation materials, original graphics, trademarks, and logos.
Third-party airline names, trademarks, images, and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.
Members receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Flightz for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of protected materials is prohibited.
8. Service Management
Service Availability
Flightz aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Service Modifications
Flightz may update or modify features, supported departure airports, flight deal selection methods, and other elements of the Services.
Material changes affecting existing paid memberships will be communicated as required by law.
If Flightz permanently discontinues a prepaid service before the end of the applicable paid term, legally required remedies and any applicable prorated refund rights will be honored.
Account Termination
Flightz may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, material violations of these Terms, security threats, or legal compliance requirements.
Any refund entitlement will be determined under these Terms and applicable law.
9. Email Communications
Email notifications are a core component of the Flightz service.
Members may receive flight deal alerts, account and security messages, subscription notifications, billing receipts, and service updates.
Promotional communications will be delivered in accordance with applicable marketing consent requirements.
You may unsubscribe from eligible marketing communications using the unsubscribe link provided.
Unsubscribing from emails does not automatically cancel your subscription or stop recurring billing.
Flightz is not responsible for email delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses, spam filters, provider restrictions, or other issues beyond our reasonable control.
10. Third-Party Services
Flightz may direct members to Skyscanner, airlines, travel agencies, and independent booking platforms.
Third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy policies, and booking conditions.
Flightz does not control or guarantee:
- Ticket issuance or booking confirmations.
- Airline schedules, delays, or cancellations.
- Flight refunds or exchanges.
- Baggage fees or ancillary charges.
- Third-party booking support.
- Passport, visa, or entry requirements.
Flight purchases are completed directly with the relevant provider.
Payment Processing
Membership payments are processed through Stripe under applicable payment processing terms.
Other Providers
Flightz may use independent providers for hosting, analytics, email delivery, and operational services.
The handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Affiliate Relationships
Flightz may receive referral fees or other compensation through qualifying third-party travel links.
Material commercial relationships will be disclosed where required by law.
11. Disclaimers and Limitations
Service Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLIGHTZ PROVIDES THE SERVICES ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
Except for express commitments, including our Savings Guarantee, Flightz disclaims warranties concerning availability, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flightz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the Services, including lost savings opportunities, travel disruptions, additional travel expenses, service interruptions, or third-party booking errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flightz’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid to Flightz during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not restrict liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or valid refunds owed under the Savings Guarantee.
12. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your login credentials.
Before purchasing flights, you must independently verify:
- Final ticket prices.
- Flight schedules and availability.
- Departure and arrival airports.
- Baggage allowances and fees.
- Airline cancellation and exchange rules.
- Passport, visa, and entry requirements.
Flightz notifications are informational and do not constitute booking confirmations.
13. Data Protection and Privacy
Our collection, processing, and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting hello@flightz.co.
Account deletion requests will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and legitimate record-retention obligations.
Active subscriptions must be canceled or appropriately resolved as part of the account deletion process.
14. Geographic Restrictions
Flightz may be accessed from different countries, subject to applicable laws and service availability.
Available flight deals may differ depending on departure airport, geographic location, and market conditions.
International members acknowledge that local taxes, currency conversion fees, booking restrictions, and mandatory consumer protections may apply.
Flightz does not guarantee that all features or advertised offers are available in every country.

16. Governing Law, Binding Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO BRING A LAWSUIT IN COURT AND PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS.
16.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Flightz is legally established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
The interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement are governed by the United States Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”) to the extent applicable.
16.2 Informal Dispute Resolution
Before initiating arbitration, you and Flightz agree to make a good-faith attempt to resolve disputes informally.
You must send written notice describing the dispute and the requested resolution to:
Flightz may send dispute notices to the email address associated with your account.
The parties will have 30 days after receipt of a written dispute notice to attempt an informal resolution.
If the dispute remains unresolved, either party may initiate arbitration, subject to the exceptions below.
This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief where legally permitted or from exercising non-waivable statutory rights.
16.3 Agreement to Binding Arbitration
YOU AND FLIGHTZ AGREE THAT, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED BELOW OR WHERE PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, YOUR MEMBERSHIP, BILLING, OR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL BE RESOLVED THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN COURT.
This agreement covers claims based on contract, statute, regulation, tort, misrepresentation, or other legal theories, to the extent such claims may lawfully be subject to arbitration.
Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures.

The arbitration will be conducted before one neutral arbitrator selected in accordance with the applicable rules.
The arbitrator may award any individual relief that would otherwise be available in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to applicable law and these Terms.
The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding, subject to the limited judicial review permitted by law.
Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
16.4 Waiver of Jury Trial
TO THE EXTENT A DISPUTE IS SUBJECT TO BINDING ARBITRATION, YOU AND FLIGHTZ WAIVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE THAT DISPUTE DECIDED BY A JUDGE OR JURY IN COURT.
This waiver does not apply where arbitration is prohibited by law or an express exception in this Section applies.
16.5 Class Action and Collective Action Waiver
YOU AND FLIGHTZ AGREE THAT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DISPUTES SHALL BE BROUGHT AND RESOLVED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.
Neither party may act as a plaintiff, claimant, or class member in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding against the other, except where such a restriction is prohibited by law.
Neither party may seek to combine separate individual arbitration claims into a class or representative arbitration without the express written consent of all affected parties.
The arbitrator shall not conduct class arbitration or grant class-wide relief unless all parties expressly agree or applicable law requires otherwise.
If a court determines that the Class Action Waiver is unenforceable as to a particular claim or form of relief, that claim or request for relief shall be handled by a court of competent jurisdiction to the extent required by law and shall not proceed as class arbitration.
All remaining arbitrable individual claims shall continue under this arbitration agreement to the extent permitted by law.
16.6 Arbitration Procedures and Location
Arbitration may take place by video conference, telephone, written submissions, or in person, as permitted by the applicable AAA rules.
Any required in-person hearing shall occur at a location reasonably convenient to the consumer, consistent with applicable law and the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.
The parties may participate without legal representation or may choose to retain an attorney at their own expense.
16.7 Arbitration Fees and Costs
Arbitration filing fees, administrative fees, and arbitrator compensation will be allocated according to the applicable AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules and fee schedule, subject to any mandatory legal requirements.
Flightz will pay the administrative fees and arbitrator compensation allocated to the business under those rules.
Any applicable consumer filing fee will remain subject to the AAA’s consumer fee limitations and available hardship waivers.
Each party shall generally bear its own attorney fees unless applicable law or an authorized arbitration award provides otherwise.
16.8 Exceptions to Arbitration
The following disputes may proceed outside binding arbitration:
- Qualifying individual claims brought in small claims court.
- Claims that applicable law does not permit to be resolved through mandatory predispute arbitration.
- Claims or requests for public injunctive relief that must be adjudicated in court under applicable law.
- Proceedings initiated by government regulators or enforcement agencies.
- Other matters expressly exempted by applicable law.
Nothing in this agreement prevents you from submitting a complaint to a government agency or exercising non-waivable consumer rights.
16.9 Severability of Arbitration Provisions
If any portion of this arbitration agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The Class Action Waiver and its specific severability provisions shall govern any conflict concerning class, collective, or representative proceedings.
If AAA declines to administer an arbitration because Flightz fails to comply with applicable consumer arbitration requirements or fails to pay required fees, the consumer may pursue remedies available under applicable law, including proceeding in court where permitted.
16.10 Survival
This arbitration agreement shall survive cancellation, expiration, or termination of your Flightz membership to the extent permitted by applicable law.
17. Updates to Terms
Flightz may update these Terms to reflect changes in our business, services, or applicable law.
Material changes will be communicated through the website, email notifications, or other legally appropriate methods.
We will obtain additional consent where required by law.
Changes will not retroactively eliminate accrued customer rights or previously promised Savings Guarantee benefits.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law, subject to the specific severability provisions of Section 16.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, applicable checkout disclosures, and expressly incorporated promotional conditions, constitute the agreement governing your use of Flightz.
Any specific Savings Guarantee terms accepted at purchase govern qualifying refund claims where they provide more specific rights than the general refund provisions.
